In most cases you do not need planning permission. Under permitted development rights you are able to construct a home extension within a certain criteria e.g size & location. We will advise you on whether planning permission will be required and take care of the whole process for you.
Our home extensions stay warm during the winter yet cool during the summer. By using high performing insulated panels and roofing system our builds are comfortable spaces all year round with excellent u-values and thermal conductivity.

Your bespoke & factory-engineered SIP panels are manufactured along side your Icoroof to ensure superior build quality and minimal joins to maximise efficiency in the build. This process typically takes 2 weeks.
Our are delivered and erected within two weeks, avoiding the chaos and upheaval of having builders on site for months on end. We aim to have your building fully water-tight within the first 2 days with plastering, electrics and external finishing continuing for the remainder of the project.
Now is the moment for you to relish your wonderful new space, which offers comfort in all weather conditions throughout the year. Additionally, you will receive a certificate of approval from Building Control Authorities, which is crucial when selling your property and shows that the work has been carried out to the highest standard.
