Below is a typical timeline for a garden room. With cooperation from yourselves and fast decision making we can sometimes speed this up.
One of our friendly team members will visit your property to discuss your requirements and survey the location. They will discuss different sizes, options and extras such as windows & doors with you. You will then be presented with a quotation and if you wish to proceed you will continue to the next stage.
One of our talented designers will visit with cladding & flooring samples for you to choose and see in person exactly how the exterior & interior of your room will be. Following our discussion, our design team will create photo-realistic 3D visuals and floor-plans.
Upon confirming your spec, we will schedule and confirm the start date based on our availability. Afterward, your bespoke Garden Room will be manufactured in our factory, which typically takes approximately 2 weeks.
We deliver and install your bespoke garden building, striving to achieve a full water-tight structure on the first day, with an aim of completion within a 2-week timeframe.
